Baklava is a very popular sweets in many Mediterranean countries,here i will share very old and very traditional Croatian recipe for Baklava cake!
INTEGRATES
/for leaves/
- 1000 gr flour
- 3 big eggs
- 1 tbs vine-grate
- little sea salt
- 2 glasses warm water
for fill
- 1000 gram grouted hazel nuts
- 10 tbs oil
- 10 tbs sugar
for juice
- half litter water
- 25 tbs sugar
- vanilla sugar
- 1 lemon
PREPARATION:
Its the best to make leaves day before.
From 1000 gram flour you can make 12 very tiny leaves.
Add 2 leaves ,on it add hazel nuts ,sugar and oil
do this for 10 times and on the top add 2 leaves.
Cut it in rombs before baking.
Bake it in preheat oven for about 40 minutes at 200 Celsius.
While its baking ,prepare juice with water,sugar,vanilla sugar and sliced lemon.
Add juice on baked leaves.
Serve it cold.
